Master in Philosophy from the University of Florida (USA), specialist in Human Rights from the International Institute of Human Rights. Lawyer from the Universidad Externado de Colombia. Currently, he is a professor at the University of Dayton (USA) and Universidad de La Sabana. He was a Magistrate of the Constitutional Court of Colombia and has been a professor and guest lecturer at several universities around the world. His research interests include comparative constitutional law, legal philosophy and theory, and civil liability, among others. He has published his work in prestigious publishing houses in seven different languages.

She is a PhD candidate in Philosophy of Law and History of Legal Culture at the University of Genoa (Italy), affiliated with the Tarello Institute for Legal Philosophy, and a recipient of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Cofund doctoral fellowship. Her research focuses on the Rule of Law, constitutional justice, and the contemporary debate on the commons, with particular emphasis on communitarian and democratic approaches. She has participated in international academic projects and has editorial experience in scientific journals. Professionally, she has worked at the Constitutional Court and the Office of the Attorney General in Colombia, and has taught at various Colombian universities.
