David Cruz: Lawyer from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia. Professor, Master of Law, and doctoral candidate in Law from the Universidad de Los Andes. He is a professor at the Universidad El Bosque and serves as the director of the Clinic for Public Interest Legal Action (CALIP) and the CLIMA Clinic.

Tania Luna: Lawyer from Universidad Libre. Master's in Law from Universidad Nacional de Colombia. PhD in Law from Universidad de Los Andes. Professor and researcher at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
