Abstract

This article seeks to introduce the reflection on the elements that are currently included in the agenda of energy integration, like the ramparts but necessary channels for the consolidation of integration processes. They settle down per se the grounds of the new configuration of interstate relationships, starting from the offer relationship and energy demanding. The method used in the present investigation has been an exegetic compared case study as well as a bibliographical one, that has allowed to conclude that the generation of a mark harmonized community normative is required, linked to supranational principles and fundamentally sustainable.

Abogada de profesión, con estudios de maestría en Ciencias Políticas y en Relaciones Internacionales. Doctora en Derecho (UANL-México). Conferencista en numerosos eventos internacionales. Catedrática de derecho y procesos de integración y derecho internacional público en la Universidad Mayor de San Simón (Bolivia). Profesora visitante de la Universidad Técnica del Perú. Autora de obras y ensayos sobre integración.
