Abstract

This essay is focused around constitutional justice, and oriented towards contributing to rescue the history of our national public law. It points out the manner the Constitutional Court was gradually structured and the role the Court –and judges in general– are destined to play.

Luis Occiel Castaño Zuluaga

Abogado de la Universdiad de Antioquia; historiador de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia; en proceso de defensa de tesis doctoral en derecho público, en la Universidad de Cantabria, España; maestrando en derecho procesal de la Universidad de Medellín; profesor asociado de la Facultad de Ciencias Forences y de la Salud del Tecnológico de Antioquia, Institución Universitaria. Miembro de Número de la Academia Antioqueña de Historia.
