Derecho y ética: convergencias para la formación jurídica
Abstract
From a philosophical approach to the legal education, it is possible to identify legal education models that even provide certain identity to the attorneys formed within such methods. Upon this premise, it is described the model of legal education (realist humanism) wherein the legal task is fundamentally defined as a just conduct, and wherein it is stated and acknowledged the close relationship between ethics and law. Therefore, it is understood that the practical teaching of law and the coherent formation within an authentic legal culture, are two clear elements that widen and renew the all-in-all understanding of Scholarly Writings and Legal Science. Among others, the author analyzes the teaching method and legal culture that this model pretends to implement.
