Abstract

From a Marxist perspective, the politics and economics changes at the end of the Cold War provided a new vision of Law. The ideologized vision of the theory and the judicial practice was the Alternative Use of Law. Such vision confers the judge and the judge decision, a fundamental rol in the development of a political strategy and tactic inspired on a Marxist gramscian vision.
