Review of the book that analyzes the precedents of the United States Supreme Court on the right to abortionRoe v. Wade (1973) and Casey (1992), and the later precedent Dobbs (2022), which denies
the existence of a right to abortion in the United States Constitution.
The work also addresses the possible and probable effects of Dobbs in Latin American countries.
