La tutela del medio ambiente en el sistema constitucional argentino

This work examines trend of contemporary society for acknowledgment of environment as a legal asset protected by constitutional law through ruling for conservation and sustainable future development. Further on, analyses name denvironmental clause introduced in 1994 amendment of Argentinean Constitution, reviewing contents establishing right to environment as substantial, subjective, and of collective intergenerational incidence entailing people's life and health rights.
Finally, offers some thoughts regarding scenarios and political economic issues arising around this worldwide basic social right.
