Human rights and constitutional justice, an endless issue that as noted in introduction of this work contains a Declaration of Fundamental Rights, and application has been assigned to the so called Constitutional Tribunals, existing in various countries.
Procedures of mentioned Tribunals, as well as protection system in Latin Arnerica, such as Habeas Corpus and Mexican Protective Appealing, the Mandado de Seguranca and Popular Action of Unconstitutionality, are described here.
In sum, this work illustrates success of Constitutional Justice as ahuman rights protective instrumento
