Open price in the sales contract and colombian law

This article offers an overview of the various open price systems in relation to the sales contract and compared to the opposing Roman-French view that requires the sale price to be determined or determinable if the contract is to be valid. Colom- bian law relative to these aspects, as outlined in the country’s civil and commercial codes, is analyzed as well.
