Ética profissional e Direito: uma pesquisa documental para compreender seu escopo

Resumo

O objetivo deste trabalho é explorar a literatura sobre ética profissional no Direito. A pesquisa ocorre em dois níveis, um descritivo e outro analítico, a fim de oferecer uma visão geral de como a ética profissional é entendida neste campo; ou seja, as diferentes abordagens e preocupações daqueles que refletem sobre o assunto. Esse exercício, por sua vez, visa fazer uma proposta normativa sobre o entendimento da ética profissional no Direito e sua implementação nas áreas de aprendizagem e desempenho nas profissões jurídicas. Para esse fim, é utilizado um método misto, através do qual os trabalhos resultantes da pesquisa nas bases de dados do Google Scholar e Mendeley são selecionados e analisados. O trabalho é dividido em cinco seções: a primeira parte apresenta a estrutura teórica para abordar a ética e a ética profissional no Direito; a segunda parte explica a metodologia seguida; a terceira parte mostra os resultados; a quarta parte discute os resultados; e, finalmente, a quinta parte propõe algumas linhas de pesquisa com respeito à ética profissional no Direito.
