Abstract

In this article it pretends to show the fallacies and truths of the different actual justifications of the Essentials Rights. Precisely, being the problem of the rational justification, will focus the question on the problem of the reason and the extent of their knowledge. To better manage the exposure of the different foundations, they will be classified in three lines: 1) positivistic reason; 2) proceduralist reason; 3) practical reason.
